हे धोरण Jodi Ani Godi (कायदेशीर संस्थेचे नाव / legal entity — e.g. Amuli / Sarathi Softech) द्वारे चालवल्या जाणाऱ्या assessment.amuli.in या नातेसंबंध आरोग्य चाचणी सेवेला लागू आहे. तुमची माहिती आम्ही कशी गोळा करतो, वापरतो आणि सुरक्षित ठेवतो हे यात स्पष्ट केलं आहे. This policy applies to the Relationship Health Score assessment at assessment.amuli.in, operated by Jodi Ani Godi. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

१. आम्ही कोणती माहिती गोळा करतो 1. Information we collect

• तुम्ही दिलेली माहिती: तुमचं नाव आणि WhatsApp मोबाइल नंबर. Information you provide: your name and WhatsApp mobile number.
• चाचणीची उत्तरं व स्कोर: २४ प्रश्नांची तुमची उत्तरं आणि त्यावरून काढलेला नातेसंबंध स्कोर. Your quiz answers and the relationship score derived from them.
• तांत्रिक माहिती: जाहिरात स्रोत (UTM), ब्राउझर प्रकार, आणि सुरक्षेसाठी तुमच्या IP चा एन्क्रिप्टेड (hashed) प्रकार — मूळ IP आम्ही साठवत नाही. Technical data: traffic source (UTM), browser type, and a hashed (not raw) form of your IP for security.

२. आम्ही ही माहिती का वापरतो 2. Why we use it

• तुमचा वैयक्तिक नातेसंबंध अहवाल तयार करून तुम्हाला (WhatsApp वर किंवा स्क्रीनवर) देण्यासाठी. To generate and deliver your personalised report (on WhatsApp or on screen).
• तुमच्या स्कोरशी संबंधित उपयुक्त व्हिडिओ, टिप्स आणि कोर्स ऑफर WhatsApp वर पाठवण्यासाठी. To send relevant videos, tips and course offers on WhatsApp.
• आमची सेवा व उत्पादनं सुधारण्यासाठी आणि नवीन उत्पादनं विकसित करण्यासाठी (एकत्रित/विश्लेषणात्मक स्वरूपात). To improve our service and develop new products (in aggregated/analytical form).
• फसवणूक व गैरवापर रोखण्यासाठी आणि कायदेशीर बंधनं पूर्ण करण्यासाठी. To prevent abuse/fraud and to meet legal obligations.

३. संमती 3. Consent

तुम्ही माहिती सबमिट करण्यापूर्वी संमती चेकबॉक्सवर क्लिक करता, तेव्हा वरील उद्देशांसाठी तुमची माहिती वापरण्यास तुम्ही संमती देता. ही संमती तुम्ही कधीही मागे घेऊ शकता (खालील संपर्क पहा). ४. माहिती कोणासोबत शेअर केली जाते 4. Who we share it with

आम्ही तुमची वैयक्तिक माहिती विकत नाही. ती फक्त सेवा चालवण्यासाठी आवश्यक विश्वासू सेवा-पुरवठादारांसोबत शेअर केली जाते, जसं की: We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers needed to run the service, such as:

• WhatsApp संदेश पुरवठादार (उदा. AiSensy / Meta WhatsApp) — अहवाल व संदेश पाठवण्यासाठी. WhatsApp messaging provider (e.g. AiSensy / Meta WhatsApp) to deliver reports and messages.
• होस्टिंग पुरवठादार (Hostinger) — डेटा सुरक्षितपणे साठवण्यासाठी. Hosting provider (Hostinger) to securely store data.

कायद्याने आवश्यक असल्यास सक्षम प्राधिकरणांना माहिती दिली जाऊ शकते. We may disclose information to authorities where required by law.

५. माहिती किती काळ ठेवली जाते 5. How long we keep it

वरील उद्देश पूर्ण होईपर्यंत किंवा तुम्ही हटवण्याची विनंती करेपर्यंत आम्ही माहिती ठेवतो. We keep your information until the above purposes are fulfilled or until you request deletion.

७. सुरक्षा 7. Security

माहिती HTTPS वर एन्क्रिप्ट केली जाते, डेटाबेस सुरक्षित प्रश्नांनी (prepared statements) वापरला जातो, IP hash केला जातो, आणि अहवाल लिंक अंदाज न लावता येणाऱ्या गुप्त टोकनने संरक्षित असते. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, database access uses prepared statements, IPs are hashed, and report links are protected by an unguessable secret token.

८. कुकीज / लोकल स्टोरेज 8. Cookies / local storage

तुमचा अहवाल पुन्हा दाखवण्यासाठी आम्ही तुमच्या ब्राउझरमध्ये फक्त एक अहवाल-आयडी साठवतो. जाहिरातींसाठी ट्रॅकिंग कुकीज वापरत नाही (विश्लेषणासाठी Google/Clarity वापरल्यास ते त्यांच्या धोरणानुसार). We store only a report id in your browser to re-display your report. We don't use advertising tracking cookies (any analytics like Google/Clarity follow their own policies).

ही सेवा १८ वर्षांवरील व्यक्तींसाठी आहे. This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
